World's ugliest guitar??

This strange looking instrument was purchased in 2001 and so far has been seen only once live with Crazysloth in Arizona. It features a "mother of toilet seat" faux abalone (plastic) pick guard, a startling red and yellow sunburst finish, far too many pickups and some questionable (but flavorful) onboard special effects like tremelo, distortion and phase shifting.
